On Shipping

Traditions Doll Collection takes pride in providing the fastest and most economical order fulfillment in the business. Rising shipping costs are always our concern. We usually ship our dolls by UPS and pack to achieve the least cost to our retailers. We always charge actual shipping and we never add any additional charges or handling fees to our shipping charge.

Porcelain dolls vary widely by size and weight. Due to this reason, we do not add actual shipping charges to the total on this website. Once an order is placed we will contact you for payment information and advise of the shipping charges. We ship from our warehouse in Garden Grove, California.

Shipping charges vary widely, depending on the type of dolls ordered as well as the shipping destination. Normally the shipping runs from 14% to 20% of the order amount. Obviously, it cost less to ship from California to the West Coast or Midwest than to the East Coast.

It is our policy to charge actual shipping or 20% of the order amount, whichever is less.

This helps contain costs for our retailers and provides assurance that the shipping costs will be acceptable on all orders.
